We want people who reach out to Magicalfigured Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Magicalfigured Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, or give refunds for a provider's work. We also cannot act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
